Do you ever find yourself wondering how to collaborate better with colleagues and/or clients?  How to lead your teams better and promote team engagement?  Or how to make the difference you want to make?

These are all common questions most of us ask at one time another working within and for an organisation.  And, each one is influenced by a simple six letter word:  VALUES.

This self-paced course takes you on a 45-60 minute journey into the world of organisational values and culture, why they’re important, and how they influence you and your organisation’s capacity to grow, evolve, and innovate.

As a leader working within an organisation, in this module, you’ll also learn how values directly impact you and your organisation’s ability to influence employee engagement, improve performance and profitability, as well as make a positive difference in the market.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This learning module is self-paced and you can work through the materials entirely at your own pace.  In this course, we will define and explore:

  • What a values-based culture is.
  • How values influence employee engagement.
  • The Barrett Model® and the Seven Levels of Organisational Consciousness®.
  • What holds organisations back – Cultural Entropy – and why.
  • Why it’s important to measure what matters most to your employees.
  • How to create values alignment within your organisation.
  • The steps to take to begin to transform your culture.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

This module includes a Final Review at the end, which presents six questions on the content covered. You can earn a Certificate of Completion by doing the following:

  • Be sure to take the review and earn a passing mark of 80%. Note:  You can take the review up to three times to earn this score.
  • When you are finished with the module, click the FINISH course button on the upper left course menu.
  • Your responses will be evaluated automatically and the Certificate made available.  You can view all certificates you have received under your Profile tab.

Note: Receiving this Certificate satisfies a pre-work assignment for participants who are registered to take a CTT Certification programme.
