Culture Assessment Certification Training

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This training is for external or internal consultants, change agents and human resource managers to learn how to use culture assessments for any group of any size whether an organization, team, not-for-profit, community, school, etc. Participants are involved in lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities.

By the end of this course, you will have a deep understanding of the Barrett Model and how to work with it. You will be proficient in reading and interpreting the data from the survey assessments. This includes the process of setting up and running a survey with your clients.

ENROLL IN A COURSE

The first step to becoming certified at this level is to sign up for a user account in Compass by clicking the button to your left. Once you have created an account it will take you to our Calendar.  The next step is to click on the purple “REGISTER” button on the course of your choice and it will automatically register you for that particular course. A trainer will get your registration and will contact you.

Each Partner brings unique experiences and expertise to their session while addressing all the core competencies and learning objectives of the programme. For example, one Partner may have extensive experience in talent recruitment while another in organisational dynamics.

Note: BVC’s Global Partner Faculty deliver this programme publicly as well as privately.  The standard price for this programme is $2700/$2500(live/virtual) per participant (in US). Partners may elect to adjust this price based on each programme’s unique circumstances. Private group sessions can also be arranged with each Partner directly.
