Culture Assessment Certification Training


This 3-day training is for external or internal consultants, change agents and human resource managers to learn how to use culture assessments for any group of any size whether an organization, team, non-profit, community, school, etc. Participants are involved in lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities.

By the end of this course, you will have a deep understanding of the Barrett Model and how to work with it. You will be proficient in reading and interpreting the data from the survey assessments. This includes the process of setting up and running a survey with your clients. After completing this certification, you are entitled to one free Small Group Assessment to use with the group of your choice and in the language of your choice.

Global Partner Faculty

The first step to becoming certified at this level is to sign up for a user account in Compass and then select and register through the Calendar for a session you would like to take with one of BVCs Global Partners. Each Partner brings unique experiences and expertise to their session while addressing all the core competencies and learning objectives of the programme. For example, one Partner may have extensive experience in talent recruitment while another in organisational dynamics.

Note: BVC’s Global Partner Faculty deliver this programme publicly as well as privately.  The standard price for this programme is $2700/$2500(live/virtual) per participant (in US). Partners may elect to adjust this price based on each programme’s unique circumstances. Private group sessions can also be arranged with each Partner directly.


Upon completing your programme, you will also receive an email from BVC welcoming you to our Barrett Global Network inviting you to join our online community in Compass and MyBVC, with contains a wealth of information and resources.

You will also be invited to participate in our BVC in Action webinars and other professional development opportunities.
