Tockwotton, a senior living facility, was already struggling with staff turnover when they more than doubled in size. Because of their growth, employees were even more burned out and thus leaving, and residents were not receiving the care they were promised or deserved.
By focusing on leadership and culture development, they have experienced a dramatic shift which is enabling them to positively impact the bottom line, staff retention, and people’s lives.
