COMMENTS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS
“I found the whole program a highlight, the tools offer so much value to both an individual and an organisation. They are like the crystal ball of understanding, what is really going on and where the focus of time and energy is going. Niran’s ability in connecting with you as an individual was very engaging, she has a natural ability to create a safe place for learning, but most importantly a safe place in guiding awareness to area’s that you may not be consciously aware of. It was a real honour to meet Niran and to experience this sort of training and delivery style.” – Lynn Butler, Xypex, Australia
“It was my first e-learning training and Niran was able to make it feel like a face-to-face session. The process and tool can be learned in Richard’s books. Niran teaches the human side and made this training very lively despite the intensity and the late hours. I really valued and appreciated Niran’s experience in the interpretation of the survey. She is really a very impressive coach and is able to get the participants to discover themselves using the CTT.” – Baumann Dominique, Roquette, USA
“The open space and speed of bonding that Niran has created for discussions brought in the human aspect as not to turn it into a solely practical zombie training. The deep questions that were asked provoked transformational thinking. Niran is truly an amazing being. Her presence, wisdom, experience, knowledge, vulnerability and sense of humour were the core pillars for the success of this training. I enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for being a great facilitator.” –Ahmed Gadelhak, SBG-PBAD, Saudi Arabia
“Training was so experiential to reinforce and deepen a profound belief and respect for transformation and change using Barrett Model. Niran is an exceptional trainer and a human being. She has such deep understanding of humanity and she uses it creatively to take us beyond tools, exercises, and processes, to unlocks the human potential & gift in us, and leave us in awe of possibilities and belief that change is possible, and we can do it. The experience was beyond training objectives and outcomes. I am so proud and glad I have become a part of Barrett community and that Niran was the one to introduce me into this.” –Dragana Lukic, Leo Burnett, Serbia
“Case studies, stories and experience sharing, learning how to frame and introduce the tools and possibility to experience some of the tools are most valuable. Niran is a well-rounded facilitator, compassionate yet to the point, flexible yet structured and works well with diverse groups. She clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience and doesn’t leave one single question unanswered – all that with a great level of authority and credibility.” Dagmar Suissa, NN Finance s.r.o., Czech Republic
“Niran is a brilliant facilitator. She kept a good pace constantly checking for my understanding and inviting my contribution. Niran is very passionate about the subject matter and delivered it with humility and insight. Niran brought the tools vividly to life for me and helped me understand my role as facilitator better. I am clear now that I don’t have to carry the burden for the process or the results. The client invites me to dance, I start dancing…” – Anne Mwaniki, Kiota Consultants, Kenya
“This area was all relatively new to me so there was so much for me to learn and digest which I loved however I think the facilitation by Niran and the group that I was part of made it even better as I could learn from the experience of everyone. When Niran explained how to practically apply something – models are models and tools are tools, but it’s what you do with them and the dialogue that makes something richer and brings it to life. Niran was very open to discussing our personal work situations which was very helpful as it’s this that will also be valuable to us longer term. Excellent facilitator, Niran has a calmness and generosity about her that I’ve never experienced with other facilitators. She was always encouraging and positive which made the whole experience very special.” – Nicky Taylor, Thames Water, UK
“I enjoyed the smaller group, the technology seemed less of a barrier to discussion. The feedback session for each other was amazing and unlike anything I’d done before. I really valued learning directly from Niran, she brings wisdom and depth of experience that helped me link the theory to real-world situations. Niran creates a learning space like nothing else I’ve experienced. There is no judgments, every comment is valued with no rights or wrongs, and I feel accepted and valued as a whole person.” – Melinda Maddock, Tasmania Government, Australia
“I believe the training was indeed a journey, it is a life changer Barret’s levels of consciousness, a very powerful model for one’s personal/professional understanding and as well as for organizational development. The model is a cornerstone for every growth initiative. Facilitator has impeccable expertise and mastery of the content. She is amazingly skilled in delivering information. Her approach is from another world. As an experienced facilitator, I found her training spiritual in the way she gets your inner self awakened and attentive, and earthly in the way she guides you to build a solid grasp of the ideas she is presenting. I joined her training with high expectations only to find that they were way below what she delivered. A world-class trainer I must say.” – Fouad Zein, Business Owner, Lebanon

“We worked with IHE since 2011 on a cultural program for TAL, which has flowed through the organisation really well as we have engaged our people. We had seen higher staff engagement, fewer negatives observed by staff, higher business and cultural momentum, and a sense among staff that our core purpose is very valuable and important to Australia. The partnership has been very successful. We also continue to use today the models and techniques Niran shared with us, and these have become important barometers for the TAL culture.” Ex and Current CEOs, TAL
“IHE’s organic approach to building organisational values worked very well for us. People engaged in the process and thereby took ownership. And with her expert assistance we were able to better penetrate and align personal and organisational values.” CEO, nib
