Your trainer Niran Jiang is a personal and organisational development practitioner with 25 years of diverse experience from around the world. She designed and facilitated transformation programs for a diverse group of organisations across a wide spectrum of sectors. She coached hundreds of executives and managers with diverse backgrounds. A seasoned trainer, she developed thousands of coaches and change consultants worldwide.
Niran will guide your learning with a wealth of practitioner knowledge, client case stories and best practice studies. Participants will engage in a highly experiential journey to develop Barrett expertise, practical skills as well as self-belief to make a difference in this field with your personal edge.
Niran is a most experienced Barrett global partner and trainer. Inspired to be a digital nomad, she became an early pioneer of online learning, with more than a decade of delivering virtual Barrett trainings.
She continues to expand her systematic methodologies for developing practitioners with diverse expertise and learning needs, to successfully leverage Barrett tools to facilitate sustainable leadership and organisational transformation. Her transpersonal coach and facilitator training, endorsed by BVC, provides robust values-based models and a coherent set of practical tools for building resilient and successful individuals and organizations.
Specific program timing will be set with the registered participants based on mutual feasibilities and preferences. This training workshop component usually includes 3 virtual workshops of 3 hours each, among a small group of participants for highly interactive and experiential learning. It is customised for each cohort based on their learning context and objectives. The schedule will be planned with the early registrants based on mutual time zone feasibility.
