BVC Pathways is a series of certification courses that offer you the theory, practice and support to make lasting and meaningful impact in organisations.  At the heart of each course is the Barrett Model and BVC Analytics.  Unique to BVC is an approach to transformation that does not prescribe solutions.  Instead, you will gain deep competencies in data-driven issue and opportunity identification, frameworks to create alignment, and the confidence to support holistic transformation – of leaders and organisations.  

Activation Incentive: 40% discount will be available for assessments purchased within the first year of your certification date, up to $2,000 USD maximum savings. Plus, this year one assessment is supported with a complimentary 1-hour readout from an experienced BVC Assessment Consultant.  (The discounts do not apply to individual assessments: Individual Culture Assessment & Leadership Self Assessment).

Cultivating Culture 

This training is for external or internal consultants, change agents and human resources professionals to learn how to use culture assessments for any group of any size whether an organisation, team, not-for-profit, community, school, etc. Participants are involved in self-study, lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities, with an estimated commitment of 25– 30 hours. Course delivery is either virtual or in-person.

After being awarded certification, BVC supports you in implementing your learnings, gaining experience and building your business all at the same time.

This certification provides you access to the following BVC Assessments:

  • – Culture Assessment
  • – Individual Culture Assessment
  • – Wellbeing Assessment
  • – Customised Personal Values Assessment 

 In addition to being certified to use the BVC Assessments, this training provides the foundational knowledge required to use the Wellbeing Assessment. Once certified in Culture, you will have access to the Wellbeing Assessment e-learn at no additional cost.

Developing Leaders

This training is for coaches, consultants, and human resources professionals who work in the field of leadership development, talent management, and individual coaching. These assessments are designed to coach and work with others at a transformational level. The range of assessments addresses leaders from the C-Suite to up-and-coming new managers. Participants are involved in self-study, lectures, hands-on exercises, discussion, and group activities, with an estimated commitment of 20–25 hours. Course delivery is either virtual or in-person.  

After being awarded certification, BVC supports you in implementing your learnings, gaining experience and building your business all at the same time.

Transforming Organisations – Coming Soon!

This course is for experienced professionals in the areas of organisational development, leadership, strategy and executive / C-level leaders of organisations.  After certification in Transforming Organisations, you will be ready to support clients or your own organisation in making whole system transformation.  This will involve the integration of leadership and culture and alignment of strategy, processes, and procedures.    This course is highly experiential, in which you will be working through an actual whole systems transformation case study as a team.   Your learning will be characterised by rich data insights, thought-provoking and challenging discussions, and significant personal and professional growth.  

You will be certified to use all BVC assessments, for both Culture and Leadership. The estimated time commitment is 25–30 hours. Course delivery is either virtual or in-person.

Once you have created an account it will take you to our Calendar.  The next step is to click on the purple “REGISTER” button on the course of your choice and it will automatically register you for that particular course. A trainer will get your registration and will contact you.

Each Partner brings unique experiences and expertise to their session while addressing all the core competencies and learning objectives of the programme. For example, one Partner may have extensive experience in talent recruitment while another in organisational dynamics.

Note: BVC’s Global Partner Faculty deliver this programme publicly as well as privately. Partners may elect to adjust this price based on each programme’s unique circumstances. Private group sessions can also be arranged with each Partner directly.
